Rosetta Hall

When we think of a complementary restaurant to The New Local, we think of Boulder’s first food hall, Rosetta Hall. Rosetta Hall is a collective of stalls, each offering a unique perceptive on traditional dishes, leaving your mouth full of aromatic flavors that complement each other in unexpected ways. With a focus on global cuisine, experience the flavors of the Middle East, Italy, Thailand, China, Latin America, and New American as you create a table of dishes to share among friends.

On the rooftop, in the main dining hall, or over drinks at the bar, Rosetta Hall makes every dining experience one for the record book. Come nightfall, the rooftop comes to life with music, curated cuisine, and crisp cocktails. It’s the perfect place for a long, lingering evening out.
